When in Vail 2016

It is a special opportunity when we have the privilege and pleasure of working with such a beautiful young couple at such a splendid venue. This wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Four Seasons Resort in Vail, Colorado.

Blooming Blooms 2015

Summer of 2015 had a long cool start allowing annuals and perennials to grow bigger than ever! In planting quality blooms, often times we depend on the cooperation of weather more than the plant itself. Fortunately, high temperatures through August and September coupled with fertilizing and proper watering, have yielded tremendously large, gorgeous blossoms blooming through the end of October. Blooms of this size will transform any outdoor living space or entryway from normal to exquisite and unforgettable.

Live Beautifully Outdoors 2014

There is no better way to finish the planting season than with voluptuous planters.  Outdoor containers offer an exceptional way to create a unique outdoor space.  They add the necessary pop of color to the veranda, extend a friendly invitation to the front entryway, or serenity on the terrace. The bounds are limitless when planting in containers your style.

Stunning Statement 2014

As Spring turns to Summer, and Summer into Fall, seasonally updating your home can refresh an already existing space, such as your foyer.

French Provincial Matrimony 2013

The beautiful Tudor architecture at Cherry Hills Country Club offered the foundation of the modern “Country French” style this family was looking for. The square and round tables were dressed in French brocade linen and assorted vintage white chairs were placed at each setting.  Fresh green vines hung throughout the dining area giving the feeling of unbridled growth, while white flowering plants cascaded from the circular stone planter. White Oleander trees were dispersed throughout the patio finishing the garden look.  Although peonies were out of season, the bride’s wish was granted in both her and her maid-of-honor’s bouquet adding the perfect finishing touch.

Wedding at the Willows 2012

Nestled in Pines, Colorado, this bride and groom chose a casual family-friendly venue in which to tie the knot. Their personal flowers were intended to accentuate the most significant aspects of their nuptuals; the bride, the groom, the wedding party, and the family. With touches of lavender, violet, mauve, and wine our full petaled designs are beautiful accents to add a touch of originality to this quaint mountain setting.

A special thank you to ABC Music, Video and Photography for providing the above-published photos.

Asian Inspired “I Do’s” 2012

Inspired by the appreciation for Asian influence and the love of sushi, the bride and groom chose to use the natural beauty of the venue to enhance their style.  We brought the natural outdoors inside for the ceremony and added a touch of Asian influence inside the tent for the reception. The flowers were inspired by the natural beauty of white and natural green colored flowers, using purple as an accent color.

Christmas in the City 2011

The hostess of this holiday party came to us with an intriguing concept; she wanted to incorporate her personal Christmas in the City village into her dining table centerpiece.  Using rolling mounds of snow illuminated from beneath, white ball ornaments nestled throughout, iridescent snowflakes glistening across the top of the snow, and fragrant sprays of fresh juniper nestled around each village piece, we brought her Christmas in the City village to life. The unique Christmas scene was used to trigger fond memories of past traditions and promote warm holiday sentiments. By featuring all white colored flowers including roses, South American hydrangea blooms, fragrant peonies and slender clusters of blooming narcissus bulbs, we were able to create a wintery, white wonderland and truly bring to life an already nostalgic scene.

L’Esprit de Noel 2011

Encore Style had the pleasure of participating in the 35th Annual L’Esprit de Noel Home Tour and Boutique in the historic Morgan’s District. Much of the inspiration for the design concept came from this remarkable, Knightly home at 825 Vine Street; incorporating it’s outer façade and elegant interior. By utilizing eccentric colors ranging from orange, periwinkle blue and fuchsia pink to gold and silver, we captured the imagination and holiday spirit of every patron. In working with the home owner, we were able to couple the modern and the classic in order to create a whimsical atmosphere; pink roses, red peonies, fresh cedar branches, crisp white hydrangea, and phaeleonopsis orchids. Working alongside the homeowner, Encore Style earned the People’s Choice Award for both Best Florist and Table Designer with our design concept. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to particulate in this home tour and look forward to capturing the Christmas spirit yet again this year.
